On this page you can learn about our speech technologies. After pressing the “Explore our Solutions” button you will be taken to the Pricing page.
After pressing “Try it now” buttons under the speech technologies options you will be taken to STT, TTS and Combining pages respectfully
At the bottom of the page you can learn about contacts and visit the service’s social networks.
Registration (Sign Up)
To create an account, you need to press the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page.
In the “Sign Up” window you need to complete the required fields:
- Name;
- Last Name;
- Email;
- Password.
Your password must contain:
- letters;
- minimum 8 characters;
- at least 1 capital letter;
- at least 1 lowercase letter;
- at least 1 digit;
- at least 1 special character.
Registration won’t complete until you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. After correctly filling in all fields the customer may press the “Create account” button.
To complete the registration, you must confirm your account by following the link in the email letter that arrives in your email inbox.
Authorization (Log In)
To start using the site, you must press the “Log In” button. In the Log in window you must enter your confirmed email and current password, and then press the “Log in” button.
If you don’t remember your password you may press the “Forgot password” button. In the “Forgot password” window you must type your confirmed email – you will receive the password change instructions to it.
User Profile
Profile
In this area you have all your data listed: First and Last Name, Email, Password. You can change your password by pressing the “Change Password” button. In the new window you will have to enter your current password, then the new one, and confirm the action by pressing the “Change Password” button. After that you will get a message in your inbox with the link to confirm the password change.
Balance
In this area you can find out the number of requests you have in your account (Your current requests) and buy more by pressing the “Buy more” button. You can also view the total number of used STT, TTS and Combining queries (All used queries).
API key
This area has your API key. It can be copied (Copy) or refreshed (Refresh).
Request history
This area has the history of your purchases. You can view the number of you spent STT, TTS and Combining requests broken down by date, and the total number of purchased requests in the Refill column.
Pricing
On this page you can buy a pack of requests. There is a slider that you can move and specify a number of required requests. The price of the request pack is calculated using the date in cards under the slider:
- Starting with 1,000 STT, TTS, Combining requests total, $10 per 1,000 requests;
- Starting with 10,000 STT, TTS, Combining requests total, $9 per 1,000 requests (10% discount);
- Starting with 100,000 STT, TTS, Combining requests total, $7.5 per 1,000 requests (25% discount).
After selecting an appropriate number of requests, you can purchase the pack by pressing the “Buy pack” button.
If you move the slider to the Custom position, you’ll see a feedback window. Fill in your name, email, the desired number of requests, a short message and agree with Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. After that you can press the “Send” button. An email will be dispatched to our customer support department, where support personnel will review your request and get in touch with you via the email.
Speech-to-Text
This page has 3 states: unregistered users, registered users, and the ones that purchased the request pack.
The work logic is same for all states. You must pick the system language from the dropdown, then record an audio from your microphone (Use a microphone) or upload an existing audio file (Upload file) from your device, keeping in mind the size and format limitations.
After that our service will convert the audio into text. The result can be sent via email.
After pressing the “Try Again” button you’ll see a new window warning you that the results will be lost. If you press the “Go back” button the results will cleat and the page will go back to its original state.
If you are not registered
You get the following limitations:
- you need to resolve a captcha for each STT request;
- the audio file size is up to 3Mb;
- only one file can be processed per request.
If you are registered
You get the following limitations:
- 30 free requests total, that you can spend on STT and other speech technologies (TTS and STS), after that you can buy more requests;
- the audio file size is up to 19Mb;
- only one file can be processed per request.
If you already purchased the request pack
- the audio file size is up to 19Mb;
- 5 files can be processed per request;
Text-to-Speech
This page has 3 states: unregistered users, registered users, and the ones that purchased the request pack.
The work logic is same for all states. You must pick the system language from the dropdown, then record an audio from your microphone (Use a microphone) or upload an existing audio file (Upload file) from your device, keeping in mind the size and format limitations.
After this our service will convert the text into audio. The result can be sent via email.

If you are not registered
You get the following limitations:

- the number of characters is less or equal to 280;
- text file size is less or equal to 10Kb;
- only one file can be processed per request.
If you are registered
You get the following limitations:
- 30 free requests total, that you can spend on TTS and other speech technologies (STT and STS), after that you can buy more requests;
- the number of characters is less or equal to 1000;
- text file size is less or equal to 15Kb;
- only one file can be processed per request.
If you already purchased the request pack
- the number of characters is less or equal to 1000;
- text file size is less or equal to 15Kb;
- 5 files can be processed per request;
Combining Solutions (STS)
This page has 3 states: unregistered users, registered users, and the ones that purchased the request pack.
The work logic is same for all states. You must pick the system language from the dropdown, then record an audio from your microphone (Use a microphone) or upload an existing audio file (Upload file) from your device, keeping in mind the size and format limitations.
After that our service will convert the audio into text, then resulted text into audio. You will get a recognized text and an audio file with spoken text in it. The result can be sent via email.
After pressing the “Try Again” button you’ll see a new window warning you that the results will be lost. If you press the “Go back” button the results will cleat and the page will go back to its original state.
The limitations are the same as in Speech-to-text.
API
By using the API developers can use our speech technologies for their own services. On this page you can learn about our API:

Feedback
On this page you can leave some feedback about our Speechllect services or discuss your problem with our customer support. You need to fill in the following fields:
- Name
- Your email address
- Subject
- Your message
After agreeing with our Terms of Use and Privacy policy, you can press the “Send” button and send a message to our customer support. You will receive a response to the specified email depending on the situation.
Zoom Records (Zoom integration)
To use our Zoom integration, simply find our application in Zoom App Marketplace by searching for “Speechllect”. Press the “Install” button and login to your Zoom account.
The Zoom authorization window will open and you will see a list of your personal data that we use in our integration. Press the Authorize button to install the application and start using it.
The Zoom Records page contains a list with audio records from your meetings in your personal Zoom profile. Click on the meeting name and you will be taken to its page in your Zoom profile.
The table contains the following fields:
- Date – meeting date;
- ID – meeting’s unique identifier;
- Size – audio file size;
- Language – choose the meeting primary language, so that our system can correctly transcribe the audio into text;
- Status – audio file processing status.
Select a recording and click the Transcribe button to make our system start transcribing the audio file into text. When the status becomes Ready, you can download the text file to your computer by clicking on the Download icon, or restart transcription by clicking on the Restart icon. If the status is Error, try restarting the transcription process by clicking on the Restart icon.
Account deleting.
To delete an account, go to Account Settings by clicking on the profile icon at the top of the page. Open the Zoom account section and click on the Go to Zoom account button.
This will open the application page in the Zoom App Marketplace. Select the Manage section in the left menu and click on the Remove button at the bottom of the page.
After that, the application will be deleted and your Zoom account will be unlinked from your Speechllect account.
